I would love to listen to my radio on my wii, and not just going onto the internet to listen to it, but having it as a wii channel. Please Nintendo. That would be awesome!

I definitely think a Music Channel on the Wii would be a killer idea. I don't know if perhaps this site's functions would necessarily apply very well (This is my first visit, and I haven't looked around much.) But fashioning it as perhaps a nice, glossy 3d Radio tuning program, which would allow users to tune in different internet radio stations would be an immensely popular idea. Imagine users @ home listening to music through their surround systems, which are very common, but via the Wii. Perhaps it could even stream the sound over the top of other Channels...!

I believe that if nintendo wiihear and shoutcast were to team up on this. You could have a wiihear channel that you would search for you station instead of inputing it. It would be a great addiction and another bulletpoint for the wii.

This is finally it !

Having 1 all-in-one multimedia console.
I'm a 36y old guy tracking all IT stuff since the beginning.
Having the wii from day 1 ,these are really the kind of apps I expect to emerge.
However it fails a better wii (nintendo) orientated interface.
Face it : it is not programming skills we all need ,but creative idea's.
Even the fancy B&O audio equipments doesn't have this !
Next step : B&0 Wii ,with better audio outputs ?

I vote yes.It would be cool.I would use it so much.But it would also be cool if they came out with a station similar to say,windows media player.Have a guide where you look up music then save it to a playlist.And if a head of wiihear reads this,you need more publicity to wii owners.How many votes do you need?100 or 1,000,000?And if it matters im writing this with my wii.
