I own a Wii, and have extensive experiance with every console. It's an extremely bad marketing ploy to not have music playback from AT LEAST COMPACT DISKS! Please, Nintendo, add music funtion to the Wii. P.S. Wii is my favorite system.

Excellent idea, this web based music player. Wouldn't it be really cool if you could turn on your music/webradio during gameplay. (just like microsoft did with the box) anyway: WiiHear is setting the right example with streaming media on your wii. And i also support the idea that people can write their own wii channels, you payed for the frikkin' thing, right :P

This is a great channel. My son has ADHD and uses the smooth jazz channel daily while doing homework. This helps him to focus on his homework. please dont do away with this channel. If anything please add more channels. Thanks

A WiiMusic Channel would obviously be a HUGE success, nintendo could have license and sell music on it like on itunes, but prefereablly it would be a music player that reads music off my SD card or other source with a good interface and visualizations. Think winamp for the wii
